The Fiji Humanitarian Fund has been organized to improve the lives of the Fijians in the areas of; health, education, support of the elderly, rural development, and to provide animal husbandry programs within the meaning of the 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
Ernst & Young, our CPA firm in Suva, Fiji will keep the records of gross revenues generated by 480 Holdings Ltd. and make quarterly distributions of the fund to the participating villages. The spending of funds will be supervised by a Board of Trustees
