Our Fiji Humanitarian Efforts:

  1. The 480 Holdings Humanitarian Fund was started in 2014 and its purpose is to benefit the residents of the three local villages in the Yaqara Valley.
  2. In addition to the 480 Holdings Humanitarian Fund, the Company’s founder established the Fiji Humanitarian Fund (“FHF”), a United States 501(c)(3) non-profit entity formed to benefit other needs and causes in rural Fiji not supported by the 480 Holdings Humanitarian Fund.

WHO WE ARE

The Fiji Humanitarian Fund has been organized to improve the lives of the Fijians in the areas of; health, education, support of the elderly, rural development, and to provide animal husbandry programs within the meaning of the 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.

OUR RESPONSIBLITY

Ernst & Young, our CPA firm in Suva, Fiji will keep the records of gross revenues generated by 480 Holdings Ltd. and make quarterly distributions of the fund to the participating villages. The spending of funds will be supervised by a Board of Trustees
